Booking

In manage booking section you will get list of current booking .You can Edit of Delete or cancel booking from this section.
Please note: Cancellation will not consider before 6 hour of check in time.
If you edit the booking the updated voucher will send to client, Hotel and Agent related to that booking.
Manage booking section also contains booking list filter from where you can get specific booking
listed by using A to Z alphabets to filter hotel name then hotel name, Agent and from date / to date drop down.

Hotel

When you click on hotel tab. It will open manage hotel page as below.
From hotel management section you can see list of hotels with there require information
like Hotel name, contact person name, email-id, telephone and mobile number etc.
In hotel management section you can view, edit, delete and active/deactivate hotel from list.
Manage hotel section also contains hotel list filter from where you can get specific hotel listed
by using A to Z alphabets to filter hotel name then hotel name text box and city drop down.

Client Management

When you click on client tab. It will open manage client page as below.
From client management section you can see list of client with there require
information like email-id, telephone and mobile number etc.
In client management section you can view, edit, delete and active/deactivate client from list.
Manage client section also contains client list filter from where you can get specific client listed by using A to Z alphabets to filter client name then client name text box and city drop down.

Agent

When you click on agent tab. It will open manage agent page as below.
From agent management section you can see list of agents with there require information
like contact person name, email-id, telephone and mobile number etc.
In agent management section you can view, edit, delete and active/deactivate agent from list.
Manage agent section also contains agent list filter from where you can get specific agent listed
by using A to Z alphabets to filter agent name then agent name text box and city drop down.

Voucher

From voucher section you can see list of voucher with there require information like Hotel name,
Guest name, Booking date and also you can download voucher.
In voucher management section you can view, edit and delete voucher from list.
Voucher section also contains hotel list filter from where large number of hotels you can get
specific hotel listed by using A to Z alphabets to filter hotel name then hotel name text box
where you just need to type hotel name and click submit.

Invoice Management

From invoice section you can see list of invoices with there require information like Hotel name,
Guest name, booking date and also you can download invoice.
In invoice management section you can delete invoice from list.
Invoice section also contains hotel list filter from where large number of hotels
you can get specific hotel listed by using A to Z alphabets to filter hotel name
then hotel name text box where you just need to type hotel name and click submit.

Configration Section

When you click on configuration tab.
It will open sub menus which contain View settings and change password.
Once you click on configuration tab it will open View settings
In this form you have to fill necessary information regarding settings and submit it.

Report Management
|
|
|
From Reporting management section you can see list of hotels with there require information
like guest name, booker, handler, booking date and rates etc.
In Reporting management section you can download invoice from hotel list and download report.
Manage Reporting section also contains hotel list filter where from large number of hotel you can get specific hotel
listed by using A to Z alphabets to filter hotel name then hotel name and start / end date dropdown.

Note: For booking you should complete your configuration settings.
In this form you have to fill necessary information regarding booking and submit it.
Once you will click on submit button, the voucher will generate and send it to your selected Hotel, Client and Agent

View settings

Where you can type old password, new password and confirmed new password and click submit button.
You account password will be changed.
